Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Fourrise Consulting Inc. handles personal data in Four Built, including when a company uses the platform under its own brand. For the data a company stores about its employees, clients and subcontractors, that company decides what is collected and why, and we process it on its behalf.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, company name, role and login records (date, device and IP address).

Work data entered by the company: jobs, addresses, estimates, invoices, receipts, payroll, documents, photos, videos and audio.

Time clock data: clock in and clock out times and, when the company requires it, the location at the moment of each punch. We do not track location in the background.

Technical data: browser, device, error logs and push notification tokens.

3. How we use it

To run the platform, sign you in, send notifications and reminders, generate documents and reports, provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your company’s data for advertising.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host and operate Four Built: database and file storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel and Render), email and SMS delivery, payment processing, Google services you choose to connect (Drive and Calendar), and AI providers used to read files and transcribe audio. They receive only what is needed for each task.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled by user permissions, sensitive tokens never reach the browser, and we keep regular backups. We also maintain Cyber Liability insurance.

6. Retention

We keep data while the company account is active. After the account is closed, the company can request an export within 30 days. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. If your data was entered by a company you work for, contact that company first; we will help them answer your request. You can also turn off push notifications on your device at any time.

8. Children

Four Built is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact
